The Opportunity

We seek an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. This role will focus on driving new business and managing key enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the SaaS and IT management sectors.

How you'll make an impact day to day:

  • Drive New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise sector, aiming to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value of Kandji’s solutions to prospective clients.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or IT management industry.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a history of closing large, complex deals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding IT management solutions and quickly learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
