Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with APJ/global marketing teams in a hybrid setting to develop digital marketing campaigns in Japan; reporting to the North Asia Marketing Director in Japan.
  • You will develop an understanding of users and what drives them to convert into clicks and leads
  • You will plan and implement Japan paid media and demand gen campaigns in partnership with APJ digital lead and Japan field marketing to exceed the set demand goals
  • Organic social media program management and execution in partnership with APJ social lead and agency teams
  • Establish processes and allocate resources to constantly monitor and improve the always-on paid media investment to increase program return
  • Manage Zscaler Japan accounts in Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, Facebook ads, etc, to manage the execution, improve campaign performance and increase revenue
  • Build reports that summarize engagements, leads and other performance data into applicable insights across the business
  • Implement best strategies for direct response and branding campaigns
  • Communicate news and updates to ensure that field teams are aware of and make full use of the digital program
  • Manage projects against goals and to budgets
  • Manage agencies, vendors, contractors, and service providers

The Ideal Profile:

  • 10+ years working in digital marketing, paid media marketing, user acquisition, and demand gen areas - web and SEO experience
  • Experience with audience segmentation and dynamic content
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and testing tools
  • Experience with marketing automation systems and digital marketing tools
  • Comfortable working with numbers, and optimizing conversion rates
  • Fluent English and Japanese language skills
  • Knowledge of salesforce.com CRM an advantage
  • "In the know" about leading digital marketing trends in Japan, and bringing new ideas for amplification and conversions
  • You are passionate about their team's performance and development
