What you'll do:

Implementing and managing performance channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads

Creating targeted campaigns aimed at driving user acquisition and lead generation

Planning and creating conversion-focused landing pages

Optimizing the conversions funnel through A/B testing, analyzing user behavior, and making data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates throughout the customer journey

Consistently seeking ways to enhance and maximize results

Generating market insights by identifying growth opportunities, staying informed about industry trends, and exploring innovative marketing strategies and technologies to stay ahead of the curve

Working daily with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc.

Ideally, you'll bring with you:

Minimum 3 years of experience in growth/performance marketing

B2B marketing expertise to accelerate lead generation and maximize ROI

Excellent track record of constantly improving marketing performance (e.g., A/B testing tool kit, KPI reporting, Optimization tools)

Outstanding communication skills combined with being goal-oriented

Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams

- The proposed budget stands for a B2B contract (+VAT), including unlimited PTO, benefits package, and ESOP.
