Responsibilities
Workato is looking for an exceptional Intern, Events Marketing to join our Asia Marketing Team. In this role, you will be involved in executing projects to support the regional events within Asia. You will be comfortable embracing a fast-paced environment, and will be exposed to end-to-end events management and collaborate across different teams.
You will also be responsible to:-
Working closely with the Asia Marketing Team to organize and coordinate events, specifically Workato’s flagship Automate Asia, networking events, live webinars and other industry events

Collaborating with cross-functional teams (i.e Sales, Design, Customer Success) to ensure the deliverables are delivered according to our Go-To-Market strategy

Managing projects independently simultaneously and ensure that all pre and post event tasks are completed

Curating effective messaging for marketing collaterals i.e landing pages, email campaigns, social media copy, event invitations
Requirements

A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications experience would be preferred. Previous internship experience in marketing or events is a plus.

Experience with coordinating events (live and virtual), and virtual event platforms (Zoom Webinars, Bizzabo)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and exceptional attention to detail

Ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to collaborate with effectively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to support in-person at marketing events
