At the moment we are in search of an Implementation Coordinator to join our team. The Implementation and Production Specialist is a key member of the Learning Division’s Production Management Team. This role is responsible for the execution and delivery of Ethics and Compliance training and for providing exceptional customer service to our customers. This role will be responsible for the management of the Learning Management System and delivery of Ethics and Compliance Trainings.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage assigned client executions and deliveries for EMEA accounts to ensure that the highest level of service is provided

Manage the Customization and Delivery process for all customer deliveries, inclusive of development timelines, maintaining project scope, and working with established production vendors to ensure timely delivery

Manage the Learning Management System for customer programs and ensure error free and timely launches

Lead Project and LMS status calls with customers, and ensure proper agenda and follow up notes are in place

Have a deep understanding of internal processes and customer needs to help inform innovation and process improvements

Liaise with all necessary internal departments and escalate issues accordingly to Leadership to ensure visibility and timely resolution

Document and track client program statuses and updates via smart sheet and another internal workflow system

Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management teams to support Annual Business reviews

Complete other projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Experience with HTML, CSS and holistic understanding of scripting language

Good MS Office knowledge with a special focus on Excel

Demonstrated success in a client-facing role within a client/professional services organization or related field for mid-market or enterprise accounts within SaaS or e-Learning technology environments

Experience managing a Learning Management System (preferably Cornerstone OnDemand) would be a plus

Working knowledge of enterprise business applications such as smart sheets, Jira, and Salesforce

Technical aptitude for learning new software and technology systems

Ability to collaborate across teams and demonstrated ability to quickly change and adapt based on customer needs.
