Tu Rol como Periodista en Raven

Como parte de nuestro equipo, tendrás la responsabilidad de implementar estrategias de contenido para nuestros clientes en diversos medios, como las redes sociales propias de la organización (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, el blog y el correo electrónico), así como en medios pagados. Tu labor consistirá en ejecutar la estrategia de contenido, desarrollando pautas semanales y generando contenido de valor que esté alineado con la marca y atraiga a nuestras audiencias.

Además, deberás estar atento al pulso de los contenidos generados y analizar cómo reaccionan las audiencias ante diferentes temas. Esto te permitirá proponer ajustes o mejoras en función de los resultados obtenidos. Identificar oportunidades de generación de contenido relacionadas con tendencias y eventos contingentes será fundamental para el éxito en este rol, siempre considerando los intereses de nuestras audiencias y la propuesta de valor de la marca.

En resumen, como Periodista en Raven, tu misión será aprender a crear contenido valioso que conecte emocionalmente con nuestra audiencia y contribuya al éxito de Raven y sus clientes.

Responsabilidades

- Apoyo en la generación de contenido periodístico de valor para las audiencias que vinculen emocionalmente a los intereses de la marca.

- Aprender sobre el monitoreo diario del resultado de los contenidos a través de herramientas de contenido y así proponer en base a datos las pautas futuras a generar, los formatos con mayor interacción y conversión que aporten mejores resultados

- Formarse en generación de informes de contenido para visualizar el resultado de la estrategia y proponer cambios en la pauta a desarrollar para cumplir con los objetivos propuestos.

- Colaborar en la administración del contenido del Blog del cliente, generación y actualización

- Trabajar muy colaborativamente con el community managment para un correcto manejo de crisis dentro de las redes sociales haciendo los ajustes necesarios en contenido.

- Participación en sesiones informativas del proyecto, para generar acciones necesarias en los canales de redes sociales y comunidades

Requisitos:

- Practicante o recién egresados de carrera de Periodismo.

- Disponibilidad de trabajo Hibrido en la Region metropolitana (Vitacura)

- Conocimiento básicos en contenido en medios digitales y manejo de RRSS

- Conocimiento entry en plataformas digitales, conocimientos en Branded Content.
