Responsible for the Sales & Distribution for the assigned geography2.
Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations3.

Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market5.

Ensure the team members are in market where sales & usage are done regularly7.
Responsible for day-to-day deliverables and hygiene8.
Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified areaReporting Matrix : The role will report to the Area Sales Manager and will have 15-20 field executives as direct reports.
