Findem is hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead its workflow and automation efforts to help companies attract and nurture talent. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, a user advocate, and a collaborative leader who is driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering value to customers. This person will drive the success of the product and make a lasting impact on the organization as our product line matures.

Responsibilities:

Define Product Vision and Strategy:

- Deeply understand the workflow efficiency needs of recruiters and talent marketers.

- Develop a clear vision and strategy for Findem’s automation layer and workflows that align with the overall goals of Findem.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and sales to prioritize features and create a roadmap for Findem’s automation engine.

Execute Development of Product:

- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.

- Work closely with prospects and customers to iterate on the product.

- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that features are developed according to specifications and delivered on time.

- Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive engagement.

- Conduct thorough product testing to identify and address any bugs or issues before release. Gather feedback from beta testers and iterate on the product based on their input.

- Track key metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the success of the product and identify areas for improvement.

- Gather insights into user behavior and engagement.

Communicate Externally and Internally:

- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including executives, customers, and internal teams, to keep them informed of the product's progress and solicit feedback.

- Create training materials and documentation to help users understand how to effectively use the product. This may include tutorials, user guides, and help documentation.

- Continuously seek ways to improve the product based on user feedback, market trends, and technological advancements. Iterate on existing features and explore new opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications:

  • The right person for this role should possess a combination of customer obsession, domain expertise, technical proficiency, analytical acumen, communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and learning:
  • 8+ years of experience in building products
  • Having shipped workflow automation systems into production before
  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition processes
  • Ability to develop a product vision, define roadmaps, and prioritize features
  • Familiarity with UX design principles to ensure a positive user experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and understand technical requirements
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to gather insights and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying ideas and requirements
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Adept at identifying problems and proposing creative solutions
  • Commitment to staying informed about industry trends and expanding skills
