About The Role:
The Senior Business Analyst (SBA) in our SDLC team will be pivotal in translating complex policies and business requirements into detailed software requirements for program teams using Salesforce and related tools. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving process improvements and ensuring software products align with organizational goals and policies. Additionally, the SBA will mentor and manage analysts, collaborating with stakeholders to develop strategic recommendations and strengthen relationships throughout project planning and execution.
The SBA will work closely with internal stakeholders, including program teams, developers, QA teams, and project managers, to gather and analyze requirements. The SBA will create precise software documentation to guide development and facilitate user acceptance sessions, training, and demos. By providing vital insights and fostering strong stakeholder relationships, the SBA will ensure successful project execution, delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and stakeholders.

CALSTART values transparency and strives to provide as much information regarding compensation as possible. The complete salary range for this role is
$110,912 - $126,273. Pay is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, internal equity and other factors relevant to the job.Additional Information
