As

Head of Marketing, you will be part of the team launching a new initiative focused on Mental Health Outcomes. This is an unique opportunity to set the direction of a highly impactful project that can reshape how mental health is perceived, and has the potential to transform the lives of thousands of Sword users.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement and adoption among both business clients and end consumers. This will include thinking creatively and shaping the brand direction and positioning. As the Head of Marketing, you will own the marketing performance of this initiative, mainly on the B2C side, but also on B2B side, while working cross functionally to get things done.

This is a highly strategic full-stack marketing role that requires creativity, strong storytelling skills, and a hands-on approach to building and executing marketing initiatives across diverse channels from the ground up

What you'll be doing:

  • Define GTM strategy: Develop and implement a robust go-to-market strategy including differentiated positioning and messaging, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • B2B Demand Generation: Partner with the central B2B Marketing and Commercial teams to drive demand generation, prospects and future partnerships through the development of compelling marketing materials, including digital content, sales collateral, presentations, and case studies.
  • Digital Marketing Leadership: Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing) to drive product awareness, generate leads, and foster customer engagement.
  • User Acquisition: Utilize a combination of paid and organic channels to drive user acquisition, constantly optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics and user behavior.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Establish success metrics and allocate resources to optimize performance and growth. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Brand Building: Collaborate with the central marketing and design teams to create a new brand, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image across all channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product development and user experience enhancements.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the mental health space, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • What you need to have:

  • A desire to work for a mission-driven company that helps improves lives of our patients on a day-to-day basis.
  • 6+ years of relevant marketing experience, with strong background in digital marketing.
  • Experience in both early stage (scrappy, get stuff done mentality) and later stage (ability to make stuff happen through influence).
  • Experience in B2B2C.
  • A highly creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative and compelling campaigns that captivate and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong storyteller skills with the ability to develop messaging that get customers’ attention and build brands that people love.
  • Ability to handle chaos, ambiguity, and complexity in a detailed and organized way.
  • Team player who is proactive, accountable and solution-oriented.
  • High IQ/EQ, leading with humility, integrity, and intellect.
