- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in intra-day business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured thinking.
- Experience in growth analytics, campaign management, and funnel optimization.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and dashboard/reporting tools preferred.
- Understanding of digital growth channels including push, email, SMS, and in-app campaigns.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders; strong communication/presentation skills.
