- 10+ years in sales/BD/partnerships in commercial space with a strong track record.
- Proven success capturing new business in the U.S. commercial space market and managing complex sales cycles.
- Experience selling complex technical solutions in space or adjacent tech.
- Experience leading or contributing to proposals and contract negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of space systems: satellite subsystems, launch, mission design.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to represent Loft credibly.
