The BloodHound Enterprise Renewal Account Manager role is focused on managing and closing renewals, working with TAMs to ensure excellent customer health, participate on quarterly business reviews, and report customer health to Account Executive team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop and advance your career in technology sales. Our ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role, is able to lead a pitch, has expanded existing accounts and has previously carried an individual quota. We are seeking a professional who is highly motivated, an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, familiar with cybersecurity and selling SaaS-based solutions.

Salary Range: base salary annually, commensurate with experience + commission

  • OTE: $120,000 -$190,000

Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S. with optional travel quarterly for in person company events and other ad hoc meetings.

  • Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the end-to-end renewal processes for our existing customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals. 
  • All SpecterOps inbound lead qualification, demo scheduling, timely and professional follow through for prospective customers.
  • Develop and maintain a sales level understanding of SpecterOps product (BloodHound Enterprise), services, training, and market trends. 
  • Meet and exceed renewal targets by expanding and identifying ways to upselling renewals for BloodHound Enterprise.
  • Conduct renewal negotiations to handle objection and secure favorable outcomes for both the customer and SpecterOps. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers by collaborating with Sales (Account Executives), Customer Success (TAM- Technical Account Managers) to ensure a seamless renewal process. 
  • Collaborate with TAM’s to analyze customer usage and feedback to identify risks and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Provide regular reports on renewal status, forecasts and key metrics to management and senior management. 
  • Maintain accurate records of all renewal activity within Salesforce.com.
  • Support sales and Customer success on preventing churn and ensure clients are achieving goals.
  • Collaborate with our growing channel community to support and co-sell renewals.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of SDR, Inside Sales, or Account Manager experience, with experience in a renewal-focused role with assigned quota. Experience selling SaaS services and/or cybersecurity experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. 
  • Experience using Salesforce.com, Totango, Clearbit, or other similar tools.
  • Proven track record oof meeting or exceeding renewal and retention targets.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Salesforce.com experience is a plus.
  • Must be independent, self-motivated, and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Grit – positive, can-do attitude, and personal resilience to manage through change in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation.
