Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Technical ContentWriter to fill an exciting role within the Sophos MSG PhishThreat. Sophos PhishThreat is a comprehensive phishing simulation and training platform designed to help organizations educate their employees about the risks associated with phishing attacks. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting engaging phishing email templates, HTML content, and a wide range of video-based training content. You will conduct meticulous online research to keep updated with the latest phishing trends and leverage the insights to develop tailored simulation templates and training content that reflect evolving cyber threats and enhance the platform's effectiveness in combating cyber threats.

In this role, you'll also leverage your expertise in collaborating closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, linguistic diversity, and global relevance. You’ll also acquire proficiency in a few tools and processes essential for publishing and managing content.
