🎯 Requirements
- BS or MS in engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years leading engineering teams or program management
- End-to-end hardware development with HW/SW integration and scaling
- Experience with SmartSheet, JIRA, and Confluence
- Clear communication and ability to influence and build relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive problem-solver
- Bonus: experience in regulated industries (automotive, aerospace)
- Bonus: camera or sensor hardware development, integration, calibration
