Manage caching layer: ElastiCache Redis, Dragonfly, Valkey
Lead Terraform estate; coordinate AWS/GCP EOL remediations
Establish backup, recovery, and DR standards across data layers
Lead Elasticsearch modernization and ClickHouse stabilization
Phoenix data repatriation: move third-party-hosted data in-house

🎯 Requirements

5+ years hands-on database administration or engineering
PostgreSQL deep expertise: replication, vacuum tuning, PgBouncer/PgCat, index strategy, upgrades
Elasticsearch at scale: ILM, shard sizing, snapshot/restore, Kubernetes
ClickHouse or columnar DB experience is a strong plus
AWS RDS/Aurora/Redshift/ElastiCache; day-to-day operations
Terraform and Terraform Cloud; IaC from day one
