- 10+ years of experience; 4+ yrs in AVP/GM or similar in Payments/FinTech.
- Deep understanding of offline payments, merchant acquiring, POS/EDC.
- Analytical skills: SQL, Excel, or BI tools for data analysis.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Data, Product).
- Education: Bachelor's in Business/Finance/Engineering; MBA a plus.
