An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a

ECO Submissions Coordinator, supporting our in-house installation team to ensure efficient handling of submissions for projects under GBIS and ECO4 schemes.

We’re looking for somebody with

awesome organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, making sure that all of our information is tidy, accurate and fit for purpose. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our submissions. Your collaboration skills will be at the fore as you work with our brilliant operational teams to pull together the essential information that makes our part of the business tick.

What you'll do

  • Liaise with install managers/surveyors across the business to ensure you have accurate evidence on completed jobs in order to prepare the paperwork packs.
  • Analyse and prepare submissions paperwork, adhering to relevant guidance for each scheme such as OFGEM, PAS and Building Regulations.
  • Accurately input relevant information into internal databases and CRM systems.
  • Submit and upload documentation to supplier portals, as required.
  • Report to the Submission Delivery Manager with weekly reports and feedback related to submission queries.
  • Amend paperwork to adhere to the compliance guidance.
  • Collate photographs and cross check against install notes.
  • Accurately screen all relevant documentation, photos and certificates, for any non-compliances.
  • Analyse and prepare ECO submission paperwork to be submitted to utilities in accordance with the Ofgem guidance.
  • Create insurance guarantees/warranties for products we install on external portals.
  • What you'll need

  • Ability to work remotely most of the time with ad hoc travel to our wonderful Nottingham and/or Coventry offices when required.
  • To be a team player and relationship builder. Someone who establishes and works with a network to deliver, with a focus on quality and pace.
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise large volumes of tasks effectively with a high attention to detail.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting internal and external monthly deadlines.
  • Be highly motivated with a can-do problem solving attitude.
  • Ideally have previous experience in ECO4/GBIS Submissions.
  • Have a sense of fun, able to adapt in a fast paced business, enjoy the journey.
