- Build and Lead: Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the AI practice, defining service offerings, target markets, and resource needs. Lead a team of engineers and data scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure professional growth and successful project delivery.

If you are passionate about
leveraging AI to reinvent software engineering and eager to lead a team through the exciting advancements of AI, we invite you to join us on this transformative journey.Ideal candidate profile:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. At least 8 years of relevant experience in AI/ML fields, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Extensive experience developing and delivering AI solutions, including a deep technical understanding of machine learning algorithms, data modeling, ML models development and deployment, and software engineering principles
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to understand client's business challenges and create innovative AI service offerings to address those challenges
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including a strong command of written and spoken English
