About the Product Team:

Narmi’s Product Team sits at the center of our Engineering and go-to-market organizations and manages our full product development lifecycle. The Product team includes Product Management, Design, and Product Ops and is fully focused on building features, managing prioritization, and launching digital banking solutions for our customers.

What You'll Do:

Drive the product strategy and definition for first-party integrations (especially integrations with legacy upstream core banking systems), Narmi APIs, and Narmi SDKs. Enhance our developer platform and partner ecosystem with a data-driven mindset.

Responsible for Product Execution including determining and writing multiple specs for interrelated products and ensuring smooth delivery.

Responsible for assessing an initial level of effort as well as technical design tradeoffs to help strike a balance between speed and quality.

Fluency with Data: Responsible for determining the appropriate research methods for assessing product opportunities that lead to positive business outcomes.

Responsible for making user research a key part of roadmap development for their part of the product.

Product Vision & Roadmapping: Responsible for understanding and articulating how their current roadmap makes a meaningful contribution to their team's goals and pillars.

Responsible for identifying teams and other stakeholders directly impacted by their current projects and proactively gathering and addressing their feedback.

Responsible for planning and delivering product solutions that strike the right balance of stakeholder needs and effectively communicating status, progress, and outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

6+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably working with vertical SaaS or FinTech. Experience with developer platforms, app marketplaces, and API products.

The ability to operate independently to turn ambiguous and complex problems into concrete vision, strategy, and execution plans.

Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders to build scalable platforms.

The ability to take complex problems from end to end (contributing to research, design, engineering, GTM, and stakeholder management) autonomously.

Experience with core banking systems and other bank technology.

Experience building and scaling Platforms for developers and partners.

Additional Information

This role's expected annual base salary is $135,000 - $175,000. Base salary is only part of your total compensation. In addition to base salary, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
