Responsibilities:
Drive tangible and intangible revenue through client acquisition, retention, growth and satisfaction.
Daily management of your assigned clients.
Drive sales and maximize average deal size through offering knowledgeable and professional styling advice to clients.
Execute loyalty program benefits to qualified clients, devise ways to surprise and delight clientele.
Identify opportunities to acquire new clients and re-engage lapsed clients.
Comprehensive knowledge of industry news and trends.
Assist the management team in managing and reporting on your regional growth.
Act as a business owner and positive brand advocate.
Work cross-functionally with other e-commerce departments.
Support reporting manager with ad-hoc tasks and duties. Requirements:
2+ years of experience working 1-2-1 with clients and nurturing relationships in a fashion retail environment.
Experience working for sales on e-commerce platforms is highly preferred; individuals with the desire to learn/possess knowledge of the climate will also be considered.
Sales and target driven with a proven track record.
Knowledge of fashion trends and street culture; understanding of the Taiwan/Hong Kong market is a plus.
High proficiency in written/spoken Cantonese and English, Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Excellent eye for detail, good organisational skills and ability to take initiatives. Additional Information
