THE ROLE

The PPC Manager will lead a team of PPC executives to drive the optimization and performance of search engine marketing campaigns. This role involves managing the execution of PPC initiatives, providing strategic direction, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep expertise in SEM practices, and the ability to drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and collaboration.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and mentor a team of PPC executives, providing guidance on campaign strategy, execution, and optimization efforts.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct in-depth analysis, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including search engine representatives, vendors, and agency partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in SEM, integrating new techniques and tools into campaign strategies.
  • Oversee the planning, execution and optimization of PPC campaigns across search engine platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team of PPC specialists
  • Implemented / led scale up of PPC Accounts and revenue.
  • Has experience in managing large-scale PPC campaigns, preferably in a multinational or global context.
  • Experience in setting KPIs, forecasting budgets, and managing campaign performance to achieve ROI targets
  • Strong understanding of bid management, keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to testing new strategies and technologies to improve campaign performance.
