THE ROLE

You will have a focal role in development for the marketplace's partner success area. Your responsibilities will include identifying new opportunities through data-driven insights and recommending innovative approaches and tools to enhance team efficiency, elevate partner experience, and boost overall performance. Serving as a trusted advisor to team leadership, you will maintain a comprehensive understanding of the success team's operations, proactively anticipating future needs and collaborating across the 3P Cluster and throughout the organisation to facilitate necessary advancements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Provide insights and analysis of correlation between variables improving year on year our team's intelligence based on available data and suggest new data points to track / measure
  • Continuously challenge KPI performance and targets providing innovative recommendations in collaboration with subject matter experts
  • Identify new opportunities based on data and propose new ways of working as well as tools that improve the overall efficiency of the team, quality of delivery and team engagement
  • Identify and lead initiatives within the partner success domain of the marketplace, ensuring they align with established goals
  • Develop new Partner incentive programmes, tools or initiatives to improve partner experience
  • Ensure a proper governance of the roadmap of developments for the Partner Success team
  • Design, maintain and evolve our capacity model, service offering by segment ratios and continuously evolve its intelligence and flexibility
  • Design models that translate the complexity of each partner, leveraging it to optimise effort and allocation ratios
  • Identify trends and propose changes to team’s BAU processes, operating model, ways of working, complemented with clear SOPs
  • Deep dive into Partner Success processes and large data sets to produce insightful presentations that clearly communicate performance findings and drive action
  • WHO YOU ARE:

  • 5 years experience in operations development, project management and / or analytics
  • Fast learner with exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
  • Driven for process optimization, organisation and planning
  • Analytical, comfortable managing large sets of information with ability to extract, interpret and storytell data
  • Experienced in Excel, SQL, data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker). Powerpoint wizard is a plus
  • Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity and attention to detail
  • A strong communicator with experience managing senior stakeholders, negotiating win-win solutions with a focused ROI mindset
  • Fluent written and spoken English (C level)
  • Previous experience in Retail operations or Online Marketplaces, is a plus
