  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies and content that align with our goals and values to ensure our position as an Employer of Choice in the labor market.
  • Support leadership and company meetings: Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities, company meetings, workshops and surveys;
  • Design and develop creative and compelling content and marketing materials to attract and retain our talents;
  • Drive effective internal communications that foster a culture of belonging and openness - enhancing employee experience, motivation and job performance;
  • Facilitate change management to ensure critical changes are communicated as effectively and efficiently as possible, partnering with the dedicated stakeholders;
  • Improve company culture, transparency and build trust by leveraging the right communication channels that resonate with our employees;
  • Participate in organizing our internal events and experiences that engage, connect and inspire our community of employees
  • Who are we looking for:

  • You are a native english speaker or completely bilingual
  • You have a solid experience in branding, marketing or HR
  • You have a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box, and you are a skilled storyteller with a proven track record of creating and managing innovative, impactful and engaging experiences and content - internally and externally.
  • You have strong project management and organizational skills: with news constantly changing, you are able to adapt and change directions in an instant. You are comfortable working at a fast pace and are able to meet deadlines.
  • You are organized and creative with a strong executive communications experience: you can write and tailor content for specific audiences and demonstrate a deep understanding of messaging, positioning and stakeholder needs.
  • You have stellar interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong working relationships. You thrive collaborating with other individuals and teams.
  • You are able to think globally and act locally, adapting your strategy and content to local context.
