Partner Alliance Manager at Dialpad
Dialpad is seeking a Partner Alliance Manager to drive strategic partnerships and joint go-to-market initiatives across technology partners. This role is based in Tempe, US and focuses on building and enabling a robust partner ecosystem that accelerates revenue and customer value.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic technology and channel partners.
- Develop and manage partner programs, incentives, and joint GTM plans.
- Co-create solution roadmaps with partners and Dialpad product and sales teams.
- Manage partner pipeline, forecast revenue, and measure success metrics.
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements and enablement resources.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute co-marketing campaigns and events.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in partner management, channel sales, or alliance management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and revenue forecasting.
- Strategic thinker with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
