Crowdbotics is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our customer-facing team. This team will utilize the Crowdbotics platform to develop software solutions for our customers and will be responsible for the technical architecture, implementation, and maintenance of these solutions. With the Crowdbotics platform, you and our customers can create applications with minimal coding, initiate and monitor development projects, and manage every aspect of the application lifecycle.

Responsibilities

As a services Product Manager you will work with our core services team to build and maintain custom software solutions for our customers’ applications leveraging the Crowdbotics Platform.

  • Develop product plans aligned with requirements and existing artifacts.
  • Lead development team for product planning, prioritization, development, launch and on-going enhancements that balance responsiveness to customer needs with market impact of the product being built and delivered.
  • Encourage data driven product decisions leveraging metrics, customer partnership, and user feedback.
  • Employ a forward thinking approach for your product development that builds a backlog of product features and functions for future growth for both the customer and for Crowdbotics.
  • Be a first class stakeholder in all parts of planning and executing the product backlog
  • Engage in agile methodology and SDLC and have familiarity with CI/CD and deployment processes.
  • Investigate, debug, document bugs that need to be fixed.
  • Assist team members with code reviews.
  • Communicate effectively with remote team members using real-time and asynchronous communications.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 6 years of product management at a SaaS company building products for small, mid-size, and enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated success managing products in B2B and B2C markets.
  • Experience working with and managing technical, enterprise customers.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to craft messaging for internal, customer and executive audiences.
  • Experience in managing a product team building products in tech stack that may include:
    • Django, Django Rest Framework or Django Ninja, React Native, Rails, NodeJS or FastAPI, gRPC is a plus
    • JavaScript / TypeScript using Vue.js and React.js and following best-practices and ES6 is a plus.
    • HTML, CSS, and JS from Figma designs is a plus.
  • Experience building enterprise level applications is a plus.
  • Experience working with remote teams and ability to work independently in a remote setting and as part of a team.
  • Proactive communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to help customers succeed.
  • Previous experience on successful services projects on Fortune 100 accounts is a plus.
  • Have billed your time on customer facing software development teams is a plus.
  • You have built an app with Crowdbotics App Builder is a plus.
  • Travel is expected for this role and may average 25% per month based on the assigned customer portfolio.

Although this position is remote, you will need to be available and working during US business hours (9:00am to 5:00pm US)
