Location: North America - 100% remote

Travel: 30%

The VP of Product Management (CLM) at Conga is responsible for the product strategy, direction, planning, execution, and launch of contracts product releases. Conga thrives in solving our customers’ business problems and creating raving fans in the process. As a Product Pillar owner for Contract Lifecycle Management, you are the thought leader, evangelist, and quarterback driving the successful product and market strategy for your pillar. You enable product marketing, activate services and sales, and act as the trusted advisor to key customers and industry analysts. You will be the driver of a successful outcome.

 

Are you the person we’re looking for?  

Relevant Experience.  You have:

10+ years of product management experience with demonstrated expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management on both the sell-side and the buy-side.

A proven ability to deliver products into key ecosystems, via integrated solutions for major platforms, such as Microsoft, SAP Ariba, Oracle, Workday or Salesforce.

Proven success working collaboratively with engineering, marketing, sales, and partners.

Recognized CLM Industry Leadership.  You are a highly experienced leader in the CLM space. Conga is a leader, and we want to motivate our team and market through a leader with a clear executive presence and a reputation as a trusted industry expert!  

Research and Creativity. Own the research, action plans, adoption plans, and results for the products. Map business ideas and use cases into product requirements and roadmap, set goals, determine priorities, and track deliverables. You will create solutions to product problems, while focusing on the best user experience and balancing company goals, product cohesion, and ease of implementation, research, wireframing, and incorporating user feedback into the product.

Leadership skills. Senior level leadership mastery is required. You have a proven ability to motivate through influence and lead across organizational boundaries.

Customer experience. Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives and informing customers about new product features and functionalities is key in this role.  You will take the lead on analysis and reporting of customer feedback on product ranges and new releases, documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.

Clear, deliberate, and collaborative communicator.You don’t just engage in collaborative discussions, you initiate them, regularly. You are clear and concise when you speak and write -- and even creative in terms of ensuring your messages are received and understood. You leave no room for assumptions or misunderstanding. It’s what sets you apart from the rest. 

You have a proven ability to present to customer and analyst audiences.

Compensation 

 

In the spirit of the Conga Way, we strive to design easy-to-understand compensation programs that are fair and free from any type of discrimination.  In keeping with this approach, we are committed to delivering competitive compensation and benefits packages to our colleagues worldwide and communicating transparently about the structure of our compensation programs.

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance. 

The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description.  We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements.  In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.

U.S base salary range:

$208,148

$353,852 USD
