Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and monitor a credit control system in APAC including Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Australia, and Korea.

Take full responsibility for collection and debt recovery in APAC.

Evaluate credit requests and conduct client checks.

Execute dunning actions for non-payment accounts.

Prepare management reports, and handle inquiries and ad-hoc projects.

Desired Skills and Experience:

2-3 years of experience in account receivable management, having credit control experience in APAC regions will be an advantage.

Proactive, self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration

Strong English proficiency with Mandarin language skills preferred.
