We are seeking a highly talented and motivated individual wanting to learn all things paid search. As a User Acquisition trainee/graduate, you will learn directly on the job from your line manager as well as cooperating closely with such departments as Marketing Analytics, Creative, Content and Product.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating end to end campaigns acquiring new users and reactivating dormant ones
  • Working across multiple markets and languages with each market having its own nuances and trends
  • Focusing on industry trends so we can get a head start in acquiring users before news becomes widespread
  • Presenting updates and findings to the wider team on a regular basis
  • Analysing large datasets to feed into campaign optimisationUndertaking housekeeping tasks to ensure account and campaign hygiene is that of a high level
  • Using the latest martech stack to ensure optimal data pipelines and reporting
  • Leveraging new developing technologies to improve efficiency and testing cycles
  • Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A degree with a marketing or numerical focus
  • Quick Learner: Ability to grasp complex concepts swiftly
  • Curiosity: An interest in the digital marketing world (bonus points if you already have some knowledge)
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and create meaningful reports
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Drive: A passion for continuous learning and excellence
  • Fearless Inquiry: Don’t hesitate to ask questions and challenge the status quo.
