- End-to-end execution and optimization of advertiser campaigns on Paytm Ads platform.
- Role sits at the intersection of ad operations, performance optimization, and client delivery.
- Set up and launch managed service ad campaigns across Paytm inventory (primarily scratch cards).
- Configure targeting, budgets, bidding, creatives, and flighting per client briefs; ensure tagging and attribution setup.
- Monitor live campaigns for delivery, pacing, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and CPA; optimize bids and budgets.
- Act as the operations SPOC for sales, account management, and product teams; drive process improvements.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 2โ6 years of experience in Ad Operations / Campaign Management / Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with managed service campaigns on ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Fintech Ad Platforms) and MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust).
- Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and optimization levers.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience working with SMB and Large Advertisers.
- Knowledge of SQL, dashboards, or BI tools is a plus.
