Primary Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Create compelling and engaging written content in Portuguese and English, ensuring it aligns with company goals and brand voice.
• Research industry trends and target audience preferences to inform content strategies and optimize content for maximum impact.
• Ensure all written content is accurate, grammatically correct, and adheres to brand guidelines and style standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate written content with visual elements and ensure a cohesive brand experience.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail and quality in all deliverables.

Core Competencies and Skills:

• Native proficiency in Portuguese and fluency in English, with excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Copywriter, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with Braze, Amplitude, and Singular are a plus.
