As a Junior Finance Specialist, you will be a crucial member of our Finance Team, supporting our Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of financial and operational tasks essential to a high-growth business, including:

-Processing and coding invoices,

-Managing payments to vendors,

-Invoicing customers, reporting cash collections and working with our corporate expense management platform,

-Cooperating with external accountants,

-Supporting all financial and operational tasks of a high-growth B2B SaaS startup, including payroll, month-end close, and financial reporting,

-Identifying potential inefficiencies and proposing improvements to the processes you execute

Ideally, you'll bring with you:

Basic knowledge of key financial issues and concepts

Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Excel or similar tools

Great attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

A high degree of ownership

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English

Enthusiasm and eagerness to work for a fast-growing company

A self-starter and results-driven approach

Experience in finance is a plus but not required

It'll be awesome if you have:

Some experience in a high-growth startup environment

Basic knowledge of SQL
