🎯 Requirements

6+ years of recruiting experience in a competitive industry
Experience managing an end-to-end talent program (e.g., University Relations, Internal Mobility)
Organizational and project management skills with multiple priorities
Interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree; technical recruiting experience
Experience leveraging data to inform talent strategies
