Zoox is looking for an intern to gain hands-on experience across the full recruiting lifecycle and various talent programs. The intern will support day-to-day recruiting activities, contribute to process improvements, and participate in strategic projects that shape how we attract and hire talent. This internship will build a strong foundation in recruiting strategies, programs, and best practices, while developing skills applicable to a future career in talent acquisition or HR.

In this Role, You Will...

  • Conduct research to identify talent trends, sourcing channels, and competitive insights to inform recruiting and talent program strategies
  • Support the planning and execution of talent programs such as internships, candidate events, and internal mobility initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Talent, People Experience, and business functions to coordinate program logistics and share insights
  • Contribute to process improvements by analyzing workflows, gathering feedback, and helping implement scalable solutions across recruiting and talent programs

    • Qualifications & Requirements

  • Currently working towards a Bachelor’s in a relevant business program
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about recruiting, talent programs, and people processes
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and comfort working across teams and functions
  • Analytical thinker who enjoys improving processes and finding practical ways to make work more efficient
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    Compensation

    The monthly salary range for this position is

    $5,500 to

    $7,500. Compensation will vary based on role, degree level and type, and benefits will be offered based on eligibility. Additional benefits may include medical insurance, 401k, and a housing stipend.
