  • Lead and scale Sales & BD across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala.
  • Drive end-to-end sales strategy for LRM including merchant acquisition and revenue expansion.
  • Deliver monthly/quarterly sales, productivity, and growth targets.
  • Lead a 1000+ resource field sales structure (FOS, TLs, partners).
  • Build capacity, mentor zonal/state leaders, and ensure governance & performance tracking.

  • 10โ€“18 years in Fintech/BFSI with sales, distribution, lending, or field ops.
  • Proven ability to manage large field sales ops (3000+ workforce).
  • Experience leading multi-state teams and aggressive sales targets.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to execute in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
