- Provide expert legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters incl fintech/crypto.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts (partnership, licensing, employment, vendor).

🎯 Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active California bar in good standing.
- Minimum 7 years of legal experience, preferably in-house at tech or gaming.
- Deep knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory law.
- Experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements.
- Strong business acumen and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with international legal matters and data privacy is a plus.
