Responsibilities
We are seeking an exceptional Partner Marketing Specialist to join Workato’s growing team. This role supports both the Partner Marketing and Partner Sales teams by coordinating demand gen activities with partners and supporting partner-facing marketing activities. The ideal candidate is marketing-savvy, possesses strong business acumen for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, and adopts an ROI-centric approach. This individual should be able to think strategically about marketing and translate that strategy into successful events, communications, assets, and overall Partner Ecosystem demand generation, growth, loyalty, and culture.
In this role, y
ou will also be responsible to:-
Plan, coordinate, and execute co-marketing activities and campaigns with Workato System Integrator partners.

Support planning and execution of Workato’s partner-facing conferences

Work closely with Partner Sales to build strategic demand generation plans

Monitor, analyze, and communicate the performance of partner marketing activities against ARR, ROI, and pipeline goals.
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills-
3+ years of relevant marketing experience.

Proficient in partner marketing and knowledgeable in partner sales strategies, with a proven track record of creating and implementing successful co-marketing activities.

Experience in coordinating events (webinars, in-person events, trade shows, etc.), including landing page builds, content creation, and presenter management.

Digital communication experience, including emails and social media.

Exceptional verbal, written, and copy-editing skills.

Background in B2B SaaS and Partner Marketing is desired.

Bachelor’s degree required (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations).

Ability to collaborate effectively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrix organization.

Analytical mindset with the ability to capture and use key data and insights to drive marketing strategies and decisions.

Excellent communication, presentation, copy-editing, and writing skills.
