📋 Description

• Perform maintenance on occupied/vacant apartments.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with turn/make-ready of vacants.
• Maintain property grounds daily with team.
• Support clubhouse, amenities, and pool maintenance.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation.

🎯 Requirements

• EPA/CFC certification Type II or Universal.
• 3+ years apartment maintenance experience.
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience.
• Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry skills.
• Able to lift 75 lbs and operate tools.
• Reliable transportation.
