🎯 Requirements
- NC Physical Therapist license.
- ≥1 year PT experience.
- Graduation from CAPTE/AMA-accredited PT program.
- Home Health/OASIS documentation experience.
- Availability for 2 weekends per month.
- Independent worker with good time management; EMR experience preferred.
