Warehouse Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations on the assigned shift.
• Support Warehouse Manager with activities and projects.
• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, shipping, and material-handling rules.
• Manage inventory, FIFO, and security of warehouse contents.
• Oversee staffing: scheduling, training, and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in manufacturing warehouse operations.
• 1+ years of people management experience.
• Flexible schedules based on operations.
• Experience with ERP systems (D365) (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Proficient in English and Spanish (required).
