  • Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience selling to large clients; C-level stakeholders in LATAM.
  • 10-20 years as a senior executive; 5+ years in leadership with impact.
  • Experience in large-scale orgs: finance, global consultancies, or multinationals.
  • Exceptional communicator with strategic thinking; credible in boards and external forums.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
