📋 Description

• Manage focus groups across investor and trader cohorts for qualitative and quantitative research.
• Conduct internal and external user research to derive actionable insights.
• Coordinate research operations including vendor payments and participant incentives.
• Build detailed user personas across cohorts (scalpers, swing traders, long-term investors).
• Develop a knowledge base capturing investor and trader behavior on the platform.
• Prepare research summaries, reports, and presentations with clear recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of research and analytics experience in stock broking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Ability to interact confidently with users and gather structured insights.
• Strong organizational and operational management capabilities.
• Analytical thinking and ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
