In 2018, we started vivenu with a bold mission: to transform the global event ticketing industry for good. Why? Because hundreds of thousands of event organizers around the globe rely on solutions that haven’t kept up with today's needs and expectations. As a Senior Event Manager at vivenu, you will:
lead the planning and execution of internal and external events, including conferences, trade shows, seminars (both online and offline), and corporate celebrations like summer and Christmas parties
collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative event concepts, themes, and objectives
ensure best-in-class hospitality standards for both our own and partner events
create comprehensive event proposals and plans, detailing timelines, budgets, and logistical requirements
manage event budgets efficiently to ensure the optimal use of resources
conduct thorough post-event evaluations, gathering feedback from attendees, stakeholders, and team members We are looking for candidates that...
hold a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
have at least 4 years of event management experience with a proven record of successful event execution
exhibit strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
excel in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
are fluent in both German and English
demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
