- 10+ years of field sales in employer's benefits or wellness space
- Established network of contacts to quickly build new pipeline
- Track record of quota attainment; closing $1M+ deals
- Experience selling direct, via channel partners, and consultants
- Strong relationship-building with decision-makers; adaptable style
- Excellent poise and presentation skills; strong writing
- Tenacious follow-up; think out of the box to reach decision-makers
- Willing to travel extensively as needed (50%+)
