  • Understand client strategy, challenges, opportunities for value
  • Facilitate Sales to Customer Success handoff and upsell opportunities

  • 10+ years of field sales in employer's benefits or wellness space
  • Established network of contacts to quickly build new pipeline
  • Track record of quota attainment; closing $1M+ deals
  • Experience selling direct, via channel partners, and consultants
  • Strong relationship-building with decision-makers; adaptable style
  • Excellent poise and presentation skills; strong writing
  • Tenacious follow-up; think out of the box to reach decision-makers
  • Willing to travel extensively as needed (50%+)
