• LearnGxP: support sales, implementation, and strategic consulting.
• Match content and training technology solutions to customers' vision.
• Lead customer success management for LearnGxP accounts.
• Provide learning strategy support for Veeva Training Solutions implementations.
• This is a work-anywhere, full-time permanent role with no location requirement.

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to travel 20-30%, primarily in the US
• Experience in a GxP-regulated environment (pharma, biotech, medical devices)
• Hands-on curriculum development and LMS administration in a GxP environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Driven self-starter; able to work independently
• Experience managing stakeholders at multiple levels
