Build trusted relationships with Veeva Sales, Finance, Ops, and the Customer
Create and process subscription and renewal opportunities and quotes
Answer customer questions about the order process and provisioning status
Collect relevant documentation to close out opportunities
Navigate CRM daily: create opportunities, run reports, search orders, build quotes
Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer

🎯 Requirements

University degree (BA/BSc/BBA) or equivalent
2+ years in sales support or customer support
Strong written and oral English communication
Intermediate Excel skills
Experience with a CRM system
Strong organizational and time management skills, detail-oriented
