- Manage recruiting for all roles across EMEA from prep to onboarding.
- Review, action and own incoming applications using Greenhouse.
- Actively outreach to candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and social channels.
- Communicate with department heads across EMEA to discuss recruitment needs and strategy.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline across EMEA and support employer branding.
- Partner with the PET team to shape strategy, streamline processes and KPIs.
🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment agency or in-house roles across the EMEA.
- Experience managing a high volume of roles and candidates.
- Familiar with ATS and resource tools, e.g., Greenhouse, Worksome, ClickUp.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
- Ability to learn new skills and processes quickly.
- Comfort with ambiguity and love to build/evolve processes.
