UX Research Operations Program Manager

📋 Description

• Build and maintain core systems, workflows, dashboards, docs, and playbooks for UX Research at scale.
• Identify operational gaps across study intake, recruitment, data handling, feedback, and insights.
• Create repeatable processes to help researchers work faster with less friction.
• Partner with Research, Product, Design, Legal, Ops, IT, Data, and external vendors.
• Own participant recruitment operations and manage vendors, platforms, and scheduling workflows.
• Build and manage systems that convert customer feedback into structured, actionable product signals.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in program management, research operations, UX operations, product operations, or related field.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs across research, product, data, legal, operations, IT, or external vendors.
• Working knowledge of UX Research workflows, including recruitment, study operations, data handling, and insight delivery.
• Experience building scalable processes, tools, dashboards, documentation, or operational systems.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Sound judgment in handling sensitive data, privacy, and compliance-related workflows.
