GTM Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Support admin/config/opt of Upside GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Conga, DocuSign, Outreach).
• Provide production support; troubleshoot, prioritize, and resolve end-user issues.
• Lead Salesforce domain program management: roadmap, backlog, and delivery planning.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement automation (flows, validations, AI-enabled) to boost efficiency.
• Monitor Salesforce releases and ecosystem trends to stay ahead.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years Salesforce administration experience (Sales Cloud preferred).
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce core functionality, automation tools, and data model.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Strong production-support mindset; balance urgent issues with long-term improvements.
• Independent, self-driven; able to prioritize and exercise good judgment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; influence across functions.
