📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of university recruiters, coaching across sourcing, interviewing, offers.
• Own and scale university recruiting programs end-to-end, including sourcing, interviews, offers.
• Partner with hiring managers and teams to align early-career hiring with business needs.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to support university partnerships.
• Design and execute inclusive early-career recruiting strategies for diversity hiring.
• Represent Zoox at university events and conferences, promoting the brand.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience with full-cycle and university programs.
• Proven experience leading recruiters and influencing hiring at scale.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, assessment, offers, and closing in competitive markets.
• Familiarity with university recruiting tools and platforms.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive program decisions.
